I don't know how "Mission Control" acts, but if you can have multiple Mission Controls on multiple monitors in a physical computer it will probably work in the VM, too. Move each window to the desired host monitor then go Full-Screen. You should then get a separate VM window for each "monitor" in the VM OS. Then in the VM's Display settings set up the multiple monitors.
